Alan W. Goldsberry considers the Servant Leader Framework of "SLF" to be a gift from God. This gift has proven to be a simple process to learn how to think about two things at the same time. For example, how to live in the world and walk with God within each and every moment, 24x7.

Alan has been involved at all levels of church organizations. Since 2000, Alan and family have been members of Bethany United Methodist Church in Austin, Texas. Current leadership roles include being a member of the Bethany UMC Lead Team, Southwest Texas UMC Lay Delegate, Co-Leader to launch Bethany's Lay Leadership University, and building a faith coach ministry. Prior leadership roles included Lay Empowerment Leader (Bethany has 2700 members) and launching Bethany's workplace ministry. Alan teaches classes on spiritual leadership, workplace ministry, and faith coaching.
